Love roller derby and want to be part of our community? Become a volunteer!
The enthusiasm and commitment of volunteers are a vital part of our organization. It takes a small army of people to successfully run our league and events: people who tape the track, medics, bench staff, photographers, the guys selling tickets and drinks, and so on.
By volunteering at our events you get to support your local roller derby league, mingle with our skaters and fans, while having a bout happening right before your very eyes! As a volunteer you get free access to our games, snacks, drinks and our undying gratitude!
Besides helping hands at our events, our league may also need bench/coaching staff, we are recruiting (and training) officials, and we’re interested in working with sports physicians.
Here are some ways in which you can help our organization:
Game day volunteers:
- Medics
- Check-in staff
- Track set up and take down
- Half time entertainer
- Announcers
- Photographers
- Concessions/merch sellers
Leading up to events we can always use:
- Promotion members, handing out flyers, doing up posters.

LEAGUE VACANCIES
A-Team Line Up Manager (Bench Manager)
Our A-Team is looking for a new line up manager (LUM). A LUM is part of the bench staff regulates rosters before, and lines during bouts and tournaments. Requirements: Able to attend A-Team games. Able to attend at least 1 team training a month. Stays calm and keeps oversight and control under pressure. Available for at least 1 year.
